By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any amendments or modifications that IlluminArt Studios may make from time to time. IlluminArt Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. IlluminArt Studios provides a platform for photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to rent studio spaces and access photography-related services. You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Website or Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
You agree to notify IlluminArt Studios immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
IlluminArt Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

3. Booking and Payment

All studio rental bookings are subject to availability. IlluminArt Studios reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion. Payment for Services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. IlluminArt Studios accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. Prices for Services are subject to change without notice. Any changes to pricing will not affect confirmed bookings.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
IlluminArt Studios is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the cancellation of a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment malfunction or facility closure.

4. Studio Usage Guidelines

When renting a studio space at IlluminArt Studios, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines:

You are responsible for the proper use and care of all studio equipment and facilities.
Any damage to studio equipment or facilities caused by your negligence or misuse will be your responsibility, and you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
You must leave the studio space in the same condition as it was found upon arrival.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the studio premises.
Pets are allowed only with prior written consent from IlluminArt Studios.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for your photography or videography activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IlluminArt Studios or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Website without the prior written consent of IlluminArt Studios.

You retain ownership of any photographs or videos you create while using the Services. However, you grant IlluminArt Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your photographs or videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to showcasing your work on the Website and social media channels. You can revoke this permission at any time by contacting IlluminArt Studios.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IlluminArt Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if IlluminArt Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
